- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Shopfloor-Teams (Produktion, Fertigung, Instandhaltung)
- Organisation und Überwachung der termingerechten Durchführung von Modifikationen und Reparaturen an Luftfahrtbauteilen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Regulatorischen-Vorgaben (EASA, LBA, SMS), internen Prozessen sowie Qualitätsstandards
- Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung des Personals sowie Koordination der Arbeitsaufträge
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf und Logistik
- Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lean-Management-Methoden und Shopfloor-Prozessen
- Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit HR

Ihre Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines Produktionsbereichs, idealerweise in der Luftfahrtindustrie oder in einem regulierten Umfeld (z.B. Automobil)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen, Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
- Prozess- und projektorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Führerschein (min. Kat. B)
